  • 300 milliliter coca cola
  • 1/2 cm ginger
  • 1 Nos scallion
  • 400 gram chicken wings
  • 1/2 tablespoon Oil
  • 2 teaspoon dark soy sauce
  • 3 tablespoon Soy Sauce

Steps To Prepare

  • STEP 1.Slice ginger.
  • STEP 2.Remove the leaves from the stalk and chop the stalk of the scallion. Thinly slice some scallions for garnishing.

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Add oil to a pot & heat it.
  • STEP 2.Add scallions stalks, ginger and saute until fragrant.
  • STEP 3.Then add chicken pieces and sear them until it appears brown.
  • STEP 4.Now add coca-cola, soy sauce and dark soy sauce.
  • STEP 5.Cook it on a low flame until the gravy thickens.
  • STEP 6.Flip the pieces every 5 minutes.
  • STEP 7.Cook until the chicken is tender and serve hot.
