  • 1/2 Small heads of romaine lettuce, washed and cut up
  • 1/2 cup Arugula

  • 1.25 Slices good quality bacon, cooked crisp
  • 1/4 cup Blue cheese, crumbled, i used saint agur which is mild and creamy
