  • 1/4 teaspoon Mustard Seeds
  • 1/4 teaspoon Cumin Seeds

  • 1/4 Onion, Finely Chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 1/2 Tomatoes, Chopped
  • 0.13 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Coriander Powder
  • As required Salt To Taste
  • 1/2 tablespoon Grated Coconut
  • as needed Fresh Coriander Leaves For Garnish

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Wash and trim the ends of the cluster beans. Cut them into small pieces.
  • STEP 2.Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, and curry leaves. Let them splutter.
  • STEP 3.Add chopped onions and sauté until they turn golden brown.
  • STEP 4.Add ginger-garlic paste and sauté for a minute.
  • STEP 5.Add chopped tomatoes and cook until they become soft and mushy.
  • STEP 6.Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, and salt. Mix well.
  • STEP 7.Add the cluster beans and mix everything together.
  • STEP 8.Cover the pan and cook on low heat for about 15-20 minutes or until the beans are tender.
  • STEP 9.Add grated coconut and mix well. Cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  • STEP 10.Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot with rice or roti.
