  • 1/4 cup papaya cubes
  • 1/2 cup grated coconut
  • 1-1.25 dried red chillies
  • As required tamarind size of small marble
  • As required Salt
  • 1/2 tablespoon Oil
  • 0.13 cup onion finely chopped
  • 1.25 piece wash, drain and chop the spinach leaves. Cut tender stems into cm long
  • 1/2 Use under ripe papaya. It must be firm, just turning pale yellow. Peel it, remove the seeds and chop the flesh into cm cubes
