  • 1/5 pound Cooked lean ground bison, alternatively lean ground turkey or chicken will work
  • 0.40 can Kidney beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1/5 can Low sodium diced tomatoes
  • 0.30 cup Low sodium broth, chicken, beef or veggie
  • 0.40 tablespoon Chili powder
  • 1/5 teaspoon Sea salt + more to taste
  • 0.40 teaspoon Crushed red pepper, optional adds a little kick of spice
  • As required Optional garnish fresh chopped cilantro, grated cheese, avocado
