Ingredients for Classic Spanish Sangria Recipe

  • 750 milliliter Bottle of Red Spanish Wine
  • 1 Lemon
  • 1 Orange
  • 1 Peach
  • 1 Apple
  • 1/4 cup Spanish Brandy
  • 1 cup Orange juice
  • 0.33 cup White Sugar
  • 1 stick Cinnamon

Directions: Classic Spanish Sangria Recipe

step 1

  • STEP 1.Thinly slice one orange and one lemon, add half the orange slices and half the lemon slices into a pitcher and reserve the opposite slices, cut one peach and one apple into tiny cubes and add all the cubed peaches and 0.5 the cubed apples to the pitcher, reserve the opposite cubed apples

step 2

  • STEP 2.Next add a 1/4 cup of a decent quality booze into the pitcher, one cup of non-concentrated fruit crush and 1/3 cup of white sugar

  • STEP 3.Using a massive picket spoon, pull down on the fruit to unharness all the juices so combine everything along

  • STEP 4.Now add one 750 cubic centimeter bottle of wine into the pitcher, i like to recommend a young rioja wine, then add one cinnamon stick, combine everything along and add the pitcher to the refrigerator for a minimum of two hours to let all the flavors develop

step 5

  • STEP 5.Drizzle a bit recent juice on the reserved apples (so they don´t brown) and add all the reserved fruit to the refrigerator

step 6

  • STEP 6.When able to serve, stir the sangaree around within the pitcher, then add some ice cubes to every serving glass, add a number of the reserved cut apples into the glass, and pour in some sangaree, add one orange and one lemon slice to every glass and serve.
