  • 0.13 can Great northern beans, or cannellini beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1.81 ounce 1 can diced tomatoes, with juices
  • 1.81 ounce 1 can tomato sauce or crushed tomatoes
  • 1/2 ounce 1 can diced green chiles
  • 0.31 tablespoon Chili powder
  • 0.13 tablespoon Cumin
  • 0.13 teaspoon Dried oregano
  • 0.13 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 0.13 teaspoon Paprika
  • 0.19 teaspoon Sea salt, more to taste
  • 0.03 teaspoon Cayenne, for a little heat, 3/4 tsp for a hot of heat
