1/4 Fennel bulb, very thinly sliced
1.25 Radicchio leaves, torn
1/2 Satsumas or 1 small orange, segmented
1/4 Small pink grapefruit, segmented
1/4 Avocado, Sliced
1/2 tablespoon Pine Nuts
0.06 cup Shaved pecorino
0.06 cup Fresh mint leaves
