  • 1/2 cup Finely Chopped Cilantro
  • 1/2 cup Shredded Cabbage
  • 1 cup Whole Wheat Flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
  • 1 tablespoon Ghee
  • as per your need Water
  • as needed Ghee Or Oil

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.In a mixing bowl, combine finely chopped cilantro, shredded cabbage, whole wheat flour, salt, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and ghee.
  • STEP 2.Knead the mixture into a soft dough by adding water gradually. Let the dough rest for 15-20 minutes.
  • STEP 3.Divide the dough into small balls and roll each ball into a thin circle using a rolling pin.
  • STEP 4.Heat a tawa or griddle over medium heat and cook the paratha on both sides until golden brown, applying ghee or oil as needed.
  • STEP 5.Serve the cilantro & cabbage paratha hot with yogurt, pickle, or any curry of your choice.
