Ecuadorian churrasco is a traditional dish made with steaks, grilled or sometimes fried thin steak in a onion and pepper mix, topped with a crispy fried egg served with rice, French fries, ripe plantains and salad
STEP 1. mix minced garlic with cumin, salt and pepper for the dressing.

STEP 1. rub the meat steaks with the dressing and let it rest for couple of hours

STEP 1. cook the steaks on grill or in a pan from both the sides.
