  • STEP 1.In a mixing bowl, combine wheat flour, ghee, and a pinch of salt. Mix well.
  • STEP 2.Gradually add water and knead the mixture into a stiff dough.
  • STEP 3.Divide the dough into small portions and shape them into round balls.
  • STEP 4.Heat ghee in a deep pan and deep fry the dough balls until golden brown and crispy.
  • STEP 5.Remove the fried balls from the pan and let them cool.
