STEP 1.1 in a small bowl combine ingredients for chow mein sauce. Oyster sauce, sesame oil, soy sauce, chicken broth and cornstarch. Set aside.

STEP 2.2. Cook noodles according to package or boil normally.

STEP 3.1 heat a large wok or pan. Add a bit of oil and cook chicken until its golden brown. remove chicken and set aside.

STEP 4.2 add carrots cabbage and pressed garlic and saute for a few minutes.
step 5
STEP 5.3 add chicken back to the pan followed by cooked noodles and pour the sauce on top. cook for about 2 minutes. Add chopped green onions and remove from the heat. Serve fresh!
