Ingredients for Chotpota Egg Bhuna Recipe

  • 1 Pieces Hard boiled eggs
  • 1 Pieces Sliced onion
  • 1 Pieces Sliced green chillies
  • 1/2 Pieces Sliced tomato
  • 1/2 Tsp Sea salt
  • 1/2 Tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1/2 Tsp Kashmiri red chilli powder
  • 1/2 Tsp coriander powder
  • 1/2 Tsp Cumin powder teaspoon
  • 1 Tbsp Mustard oil
  • 1/2 Tsp Freshly crushed black pepper
  • 1/2 Tsp Fresh lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp Water

Directions: Chotpota Egg Bhuna Recipe

  • STEP 1.Take two boiled eggs and grated them.
  • STEP 2.Heat oil in a pan. Add sliced onion , green chilli . Fry them for two minutes. Then add sliced tomato , salt , turmeric powder , kashmiri red chilli powder , coriander powder, cumin powder and fry them for two minutes. Add water , grated eggs. Then gently mix all the integrants. Then add crushed black pepper. Turn off the gas and add lemon juice on it.
  • STEP 3.Serve it with paratha or roti.
