STEP 2.Heat oil in a pan. Add sliced onion , green chilli . Fry them for two minutes. Then add sliced tomato , salt , turmeric powder , kashmiri red chilli powder , coriander powder, cumin powder and fry them for two minutes. Add water , grated eggs. Then gently mix all the integrants. Then add crushed black pepper. Turn off the gas and add lemon juice on it.
STEP 3.Serve it with paratha or roti.
