  • 0.17 pound ground chorizo
  • 0.33 cloves garlic minced or grated
  • 0.17 can whole peeled san marzano tomatoes crushed with your hands
  • 0.08 cup Whole Milk
  • 0.08 cup red wine
  • 0.08 cup sun dried tomato pesto I use DeLallo Brand
  • 0.33 teaspoon dried basil
  • 0.17 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 0.08 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes or to taste
  • 0.17 dried bay leaf
  • As required salt + pepper
  • 1.33 ounce fresh burrata cheese torn
  • 0.67-1 ounce thin sliced prosciutto
  • 0.33 slices thickish sourdough bread toasted, use a gluten free bread if needed
  • 0.08 cup shelled toasted pistachios
  • 0.33 tablespoon unsalted butter
  • As required salt and pepper
  • 0.08 cup fresh sage leaves
  • 1/4 cup baby kale
  • 0.06 cup olive oil
  • 0.08 cup manchego cheese grated
  • 0.17 pound dry fettuccine
