  • 0.13 teaspoon Chilli flakes
  • 200 gram Finely chopped tinned tomatoes
  • 100 gram Mixed beans in chilli or tomato sauce
  • 0.06 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.06 teaspoon Pepper
  • 12.50 gram Cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1 tablespoon Double cream
  • 1/4 pinch Salt and pepper
  • 3/4 tablespoon Soured cream
  • 1/2 Large flour tortillas
  • 25 gram Mixed, grated, cheddar and red leicester cheese
  • 1/4 bunch Small fresh coriander roughly chopped
  • 1/4 Fresh red chilli sliced
  • 1/4 Ripe avocado de stoned and sliced
  • 0.13 Small red onion peeled and thinly sliced
  • 1/4 pinch Black pepper
