  • STEP 1.In a bowl, mix together yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, turmeric powder, red chili powder, garam masala, and salt.
  • STEP 2.Add the boiled chickpeas to the marinade and let them marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  • STEP 3.Thread the marinated chickpeas onto skewers and grill them until slightly charred.
  • STEP 4.Heat oil in a pan and saut��� onions until golden brown.
