Ingredients for Chole sabji Recipe

  • 3/4 Pieces Tomato
  • 1/4 Pieces Onion
  • As Required Salt
  • 50 gms Chickpeas
  • 1 tsp Oil
  • 1/4 tsp Cumin seeds
  • 1/4 tsp Red chilli powder
  • 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 3/4 tsp Coriander leaves
  • 1/4 tsp Garam masala
  • 1/4 tsp Coriander powder
  • 3/4 g reen chillies
  • 1/4 Tsp Black salt
  • 1/2 Pieces reenchillles
  • A Pinch Hing
  • As Required Curry leaves
  • 1/2 Pieces Whole red chilli
  • 1/2 Pieces Bay leaf
  • 1/4 Pieces Cloves
  • 1/4 Tsp Cumin seeds

Directions: Chole Sabji Recipe

  • STEP 1.Soak chickpea two hours... Now take cooker add chickpea, water, tea powder bag, and salt & give a 5.to 6 whistle. Let it cool and drain the water and tea bag. (make a tea powder potli in cotton cloth)...
  • STEP 2.Take a mixer jar put chopped onions, tomatoes, garlic, and ginger-green chili, and make a smooth paste...
  • STEP 3.For tadka take a pan and heat it. Take oil and then add this paste to it. Cook it for 10 minutes and add garam masala, chole masala, and red chili powder. Mix it well and add coriander powder.
  • STEP 4.Let it cook for five minutes. Now it's ready to Serve with puri.।।।
