  • 1/2 cup boiled chickpeas
  • 1 Potato
  • As required Lime juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon amchur powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon chaat masala
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon black salt
  • As required Onion
  • As required Cucumber
  • As required Tomato
  • As required Pudina chutney
  • As required Imli chutney
  • As required Curd
  • As required Coriander

  • STEP 1.Soak the chickpeas overnight and boil it.

  • STEP 2.Also, boil the potatoes and roughly chop it.

step 3

  • STEP 3.Chop the onion, cucumber, and tomato.

step 4

  • STEP 4.In a bowl take the boiled chickpea and chopped potato, add lime juice and mix them well.

  • STEP 5.Now add- salt to taste, cumin powder, red chili powder, amchur powder, chaat powder, black pepper, and black salt.

  • STEP 6.Mix all these spices every well with the chickpea and potato.

  • STEP 7.Add the chopped onion, tomato, and cucumber and mix them thoroughly.

step 8

  • STEP 8.At last add pudina chutney, tamarind chutney, and curd, mix them.

step 9

  • STEP 9.You can add papdi if you want.

step 10

  • STEP 10.Garnish it with coriander leaves and chopped onions if you want. And you can add any spices if you want to.
