Ingredients for Chocolatey Fudgy Cake Recipe

  • 1/4 cup plain flour/ wheat flour
  • 1/25 Cups butter(melted)
  • 16.67 gms Chocolate
  • 0.58 Tbsp • Cocoa Powder
  • 0.12 cup sugar (as required)
  • 0.17 tsp vanilla essance
  • 0.17 tsp Baking powder
  • 0.08 tsp Baking soda
  • 0.33 Tbsp Plain yogurt
  • 0.08 cup milk (lukewarm)
  • 0.08 cup Dry fruits - almonds

Directions: Chocolatey Fudgy Cake Recipe

  • STEP 1.1. To prepare eggless chocolate fudgy cake, we need to first preheat the oven at 180° for about 5 minutes.
  • STEP 2.2. Now mix the dry ingredients together in a bowl - flour,cocoa powder, baking soda, baking powder.
  • STEP 3.3. Now sift the mixture and set aside.
  • STEP 4.4. Now take a bowl add chocolate and   butter together and melt it , meanwhile grease the baking tin with butter paper.
  • STEP 5.5. Now take the chocolate mixture out and mix well , after mixing add sugar , vanilla essence, whisked yougurt together and mix it very well.
  • STEP 6.6. Now add flour mixture in it and mix until a consistency of a batter little thicker than cake batter is formed , pour this mixture into greased tin , tap it 2 to 3 times , sprinkle almonds on top and then bake it in preheated oven for about 25 to 30 min at 180°.
  • STEP 7.7. Perfect cake is ready ! Just cool the cake on the rack for atleast 30 minutes. Then serve it with your favorite chocolate sauce and ice cream.
