Japanese steamed cake variation with cocoa and walnuts. Steaming them in idli moulds is entirely an innovative idea of mine. These gorgeous and melt in mouth cakes are a bliss when served with tea or coffee. Since they are steamed in idli moulds, these can very well be named as chocolate idlis. Thus a fusion recipe of two most lovable cuisines, indian and the japanese. Happy steaming.
