Directions: Chocolate Sandesh Recipe
STEP 1.Boil the milk and make paneer with it
STEP 2.Rinse it well so that the lemon smell goes completely
STEP 3.Squeeze the water out nicely and keep aside
STEP 4.Now in a mixer blend the paneer sugar and cocoa powder.
STEP 5.Take a kadai put the ground mixture in it & cook it by stirring continously for about 3 to 4 minutes
STEP 6.This mixture will get dry and form a thick mass
STEP 7.Let it cool down.... make small balls.
STEP 8.Then shape it into small pedas.
STEP 9.Garnish with sliced almonds pistachios, chocolate chips ....or can be eaten plain....
STEP 10.Your chocolate sandesh is ready....
