It's a complete chocolate dish that I have made with chocolate carrot halwa roll , chocolate brownie , chocolate-halwa sandwich with rabdi. It's really a chocolate paradise.
STEP 1.Take grated dark chocolate & butter in a mixing bowl & melt it in microwave for 30 second. Mix it well.
STEP 2.Add milkmaid, curd & mix it well.
STEP 3.Combine maida, baking powder, salt in another bowl & mix it to the chocolate mixture. Beat it well.
STEP 4.Pour the batter in a greased baking tray & bake it for 30minutes at 180℃.
STEP 5.Melt grated milk chocolate with fresh cream.Mix it well & pour it over the brownie.
STEP 6.Brownie is ready.
STEP 7.Heat 1tbspn ghee in a pan & add grated carrot in it. Fry it for few minutes. Then add milkmaid, cardamom powder cashew nuts powder & milk. Cook it in medium flame till the carrot soft.
STEP 8.Once it's ready make it cool.
STEP 9.Take grated milk chocolate & butter in a micro safe bowl & micro it for 30second.
STEP 10.Take a butter paper & spread the melted chocolate over it. Put some carrot halwa on it & roll it with the butter paper. Keep it in fridge for 15minutes & then remove the butter paper.
STEP 11.Carrot halwa roll is ready.
STEP 12.For rabdi boil milk with milkmaid & butterscotch essence. Boil it till it thick. Add soaked saffron & switch off the flame.
STEP 13.Rabdi is ready. Make it cool now.
STEP 14.For sandwich take grated white chocolate in a bowl & micro it for 30 second. Then add blue food colour & mix it well. Take any shape of mould & make chocolate.
STEP 15.In the same way melt milk chocolate.
STEP 16.Now take some carrot halwa , make round shape & cover this halwa with white chocolate round & milk chocolate .
STEP 17.Carrot sandwich is ready now.
STEP 18.Now take a serving plate. Put one brownie piece topping with carrot halwa roll. In another side of the plate put one halwa-sandwich & decorate the plate with some small piece of chocolates.
STEP 19.Pour chocolate sauce over the plate & serve.
STEP 20.Yours chocolatey plate is ready to enjoy....
