Ingredients for Chocolate pancake with ice cream Recipe

  • 1 cup All purpose flour
  • 2 cups 2 Cups
  • 1 teaspoon Cocoa powder
  • 4 tsp 4 tsp
  • 2 tbsp Oil/butter
  • 0.13 tsp Baking soda
  • 5 Tbsp for garnish chocolate syrup and ice cream
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla essence

Directions: Chocolate Pancake With Ice Cream Recipe

  • STEP 1.Sieve all purpose flour in a vessel, now add powdered sugar, cocoa powder, vanilla essence and oil and mix it well.
  • STEP 2.Slowly add milk to it and mix it with the help of a whisk, taking care that there are no lumps in it. The flour solution should not be too thin nor too thick.
  • STEP 3.Now put some oil on a non stick pan and turn on the gas. Add baking soda to the flour mixture and mix it well.
  • STEP 4.With the help of a spoon, pour the flour mixture on a non stick pan. Keep the gas medium only. When it is cooked from one side, then turn it over and cook it from the other side as well. Similarly prepare all the pancakes.
  • STEP 5.Place a pancake on a plate and pour chocolate syrup over it. Similarly, place another pancake and pour chocolate syrup on it as well. Arrange in the same way, garnish with chocolate ice cream and chocolate syrup on top and serve.
