Directions: Chocolate Oreo Overloaded Cake Recipe

  • STEP 1.First add salt to a pan, cover and preheat on medium gas flame for 10 minutes. Grease a 6 inch cake tin with oil, apply butter paper on top and grease with oil and keep aside.
  • STEP 2.Now grind Oreo Biscuits in a mixer jar and make fine powder. Pour this powder into a bowl, add milk and mix well. Then add baking powder and mix well and make a batter.
  • STEP 3.Pour prepared batter in a greased baking tin and tap the tin lightly so that air bubbles will come out. Now bake the cake in preheated pan for 35 to 40 minutes. Check with the help of a toothpick if the cake is done or not. If the toothpick comes out clean, the cake is ready otherwise it needs to be baked for a few more minutes.
  • STEP 4.Let it cool down for 20 minutes at room temperature. Now take it out from the tin and put it on a wire rack so that it does not become soggy. Cover the cake with thick cloth and let it get completely cooled before frosting. When it cools down cut it horizontally into 2 circles.
  • STEP 5.Take whipping cream in a big bowl and beat it until soft peaks appear. Now add crushed oreo to it and mix it very well.
  • STEP 6.Now take one circle of the chocolate sponge and apply sugar syrup and prepared oreo cream on it and level it. Repeat this with second circles. Now cover the full cake with the oreo cream and smoothen it. Then cover with chocolate ganache and rest in fridge. Now stick biscuit crums on the sides.
  • STEP 7.Now put the cream in the whipping bag and put the nozzle and make roses. Put one Oreo biscuit on each of these roses. Add some biscuit crumbs in the middle on top of the ganache. You can do any kind of frosting you wish for.
  • STEP 8.Chocolate Oreo Overloaded Cake is ready to be served.
