Ingredients for Chocolate kalakand Recipe

  • 3 Cups Homemade paneer (grated) made from
  • 2 Cup Milk powder
  • 2 Cups Sugar
  • 200 g condensed milk
  • 4 Tbsp Cocoa powder
  • As Required Salt
  • 1 Tsp Cardamom powder
  • As Required pistachio (chopped)
  • As Required almond (chopped) handful

Directions: Chocolate Kalakand Recipe

  • STEP 1.In a mixing bowl add the grated paneer and sugar . Mix properly. Now add milk powder, condensed milk and cocoa powder one by one. Lastly add cardamom powder and mix thoroughly . Now grease a microwave safe bowl . Pour the kalakand mixture in it. Sprinkle chopped almond chopped pistachios on top. Micro it for 10 minutes. Remove it and mix again with the help of a spatula. Make it flat with the help of spatula and garnish with chopped pistachios and almonds. Now micro it again for 5/6 minutes. After 5/6 minutes take it out from oven and cool it down completely. Then cut into small pieces and enjoy
