  • 1 cup Heavy Cream
  • 1/4 cup Granulated Sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 2 ounce Milk Chocolate, Chopped

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.In a saucepan, heat the cream and sugar over medium heat until it starts to simmer.
  • STEP 2.Remove from heat and add the vanilla extract to half of the mixture. Stir well.
  • STEP 3.In another saucepan, melt the chocolate over low heat. Add the remaining cream mixture and stir until smooth.
  • STEP 4.Pour the vanilla mixture into serving glasses, filling them halfway. Let it set in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
  • STEP 5.Once the vanilla layer is set, pour the chocolate mixture on top. Return to the refrigerator and let it set for at least 2 hours or until firm.
  • STEP 6.Serve chilled and garnish with chocolate shavings or fresh berries, if desired.

Cooking Tips

  • Make sure to stir the cream and sugar mixture constantly to prevent it from burning.
  • For a stronger chocolate flavor, you can use dark chocolate instead of milk chocolate.
