  • STEP 1.In a bowl, mix together fish paste, spices, and flour to form a dough-like mixture.
  • STEP 2.Shape the mixture into small dumplings and set aside.
  • STEP 3.In a pan, heat oil and add onions, ginger, and garlic. Cook until onions are golden brown.
  • STEP 4.Add tomatoes, turmeric, cumin, coriander, and chili powder. Cook until tomatoes are soft.
  • STEP 5.Add coconut milk and water to the pan and bring to a simmer.
  • STEP 6.Gently drop the fish dumplings into the curry and cook for about 10 minutes, or until the dumplings are cooked through.
