Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Cook sushi rice according to package instructions and let it cool.
  • STEP 2.Prepare the toppings by slicing the sashimi, cucumber, avocado, and tamagoyaki into thin strips.
  • STEP 3.Line a round cake pan with plastic wrap, leaving some overhang for easy removal.
  • STEP 4.Place a layer of sushi rice in the bottom of the pan and press it down firmly.
