  • 1/4 clove garlic
  • 0.06 teaspoon roasted cumin
  • 1/4 teaspoon Butter
  • 0.13 cup Corn
  • 1/4 teaspoon Oil
  • 1/4 cup Guacamole
  • 0.13 cup Tomato
  • As required Cilantro
  • As required Green Onions
  • As required Tortilla Chips

Directions: Chipotle Lime Shrimp And Guacamole Dip With Tomatoes And Charred Corn Recipe

  • STEP 1.1 in a bowl take chipotle chilies, adobo sauce, lime juice, garlic and cumin.

  • STEP 2.2 mix the ingredients well.

  • STEP 3.3 add shrimp to this mixture.

  • STEP 4.4 coat the shrimp with this mixture and refrigerate it for 20 minutes.

  • STEP 5.1 heat some oil in a pan and add corn to it. Cook it for 6-7 minutes.

  • STEP 6.2 take out your shrimp and cook it on medium heat with some oil for 2-4 minutes.

  • STEP 7.3 place the guacamole in the serving dish and top it with tomato, corn, shrimp.
