  • 1 tablespoon 1 or 2 canned chipotle chiles, chopped, with adobo sauce
  • 1/2 tablespoon Pressed or minced garlic
  • 1/2 tablespoon Honey

  • 3/4 cup Brown basmati rice, rinsed in a fine mesh strainer
  • 1/2 Small lime, zest removed and juiced
  • 1/2 Small lemon, juiced
  • 1/4 cup Loose fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1/2 tablespoon Butter
  • As required Salt
  • As required Drizzle Of Olive Oil
  • 1/4 White Onion, Chopped
  • 1 Cloves garlic, pressed or minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1 can Cooked black beans, drained
  • 0.17 cup Roasted Red Pepper, Chopped
