1/4 tablespoon Adobo Sauce
1/4 Garlic cloves, minced
0.13 inch Boneless beef chuck roast , cut into 1 cubes
0.13 tablespoon Ground Cumin
0.13 tablespoon Dried oregano
0.06 teaspoon Salt
0.06 teaspoon Pepper
As required Optional toppings: shredded monterey jack cheese, reduced fat sour cream, minced fresh cilantro and lime wedges
