This is an innovative fusion video where south indian recipe called idli being fried with besan combined with chinese condiments like basil, thyme, and oregano. Vegetables patties are made with all in one chinese sauce, ajinomoto and vinegar. Traditional south indian green coconut chutney is used as main spread with cheese spread and ketchup. Solanum nigram is used according to our indian style. It's totally innovative with intresting spread.
