Ingredients for Chingrimacher malaikari(prawn or shrimp malaikari) Recipe

  • 2 pieces shrips
  • 2 Pieces sticks
  • 0.67 g midium size onion
  • 1.33 Pieces Garlic
  • 1.33 Pieces Chillies
  • 0.33 teaspoon Cumin seeds
  • 0.67 inch Cinnamon
  • 1 Pieces Cloves
  • 0.67 Pieces Cardamon
  • 0.33 Pieces Bay leaf
  • 0.33 cup yugard
  • 133.33 g rm. Coconut milk
  • 0.67 teaspoon termaric powder
  • 0.33 teaspoon Cumin powder
  • 0.33 teaspoon Kashmiri chilli powder
  • 0.33 teaspoon Gorom moshla
  • 0.33 teaspoon Sugar
  • as required Salt
  • as required Sunflower oil

Directions: Chingrimacher Malaikari(prawn Or Shrimp Malaikari) Recipe

  • STEP 1.1. After washing the shrimps well apply salt and turmeric powder very well.
  • STEP 2.2. Then insert the sticks into the shirmp so rhat the frying time does not shrink.
  • STEP 3.3. Both sides of shrimp need to be lightly brown coloured fry in the oil , there is no need to fry too much .
  • STEP 4.4. In the same oil or if need to add 2 teaspoon oil in it, fry cumin seeds,bayleaf, cinnamon, cardamon, cloves for a few second.
  • STEP 5.5. Make onion garlic paste and pour into the pan and mix well .
  • STEP 6.6. Then mix well with termaric power, cumin powder, kashmiri chilli powder and add a little coconut milk and yugard.
  • STEP 7.7. After mixing pour the rest of the coconut milk, stir it with salt ,green chillies and cover it for 5 minutes in low flame .
  • STEP 8.8. Then open the lid and add the fried shrimps.
  • STEP 9.9. If needed, you can add a little coconut milk later.
  • STEP 10.10. Cover again and leave it for 3-4 minutes.
  • STEP 11.11. Then open the lid ,stir with 1 teaspoon gorom moshala powder and 1 teaspoon sugar and turn off the flame.
  • STEP 12.12. Now it's ready to serve. The teste is delicious with plain rice ,polao, fried rice, jira rice .
