  • STEP 1.Boil and mash the potatoes. In a pan, heat oil and saut茅 onions, garlic, and ginger until fragrant.
  • STEP 2.Add the mashed potatoes, grated carrots, finely chopped cabbage, and green onions to the pan. Mix well.
  • STEP 3.Add soy sauce, chili sauce, salt, and pepper to the mixture. Cook for a few minutes until the vegetables are cooked through.
