STEP 1. boil 300 ml water in a pan and add 40 gm garden peas. Boil for 2 min and then remove and drain. Keep boiled peas aside.

STEP 1. heat 2 tsp oil in a pan and add 400 gm cubed tofu. Fry on medium heat till golden on all sides. Flip them over frequently to ensure that they change color evenly.

STEP 1. let the pan return to a boil. Add a small bunch roughly chopped coriander and 1 roughly chopped spring onion.
