300 gram Pork fillet
3 tablespoon Hoisin
3 No.s Garlic Cloves
5 gram Ginger
1 No.s Red chili
1/2 teaspoon Star anise powder
1 tablespoon Tomato puree
1 No.s Red Onion
1.25 No.s Cabbage
1 No.s Carrot
1 tablespoon Toasted Sesame Seeds
Directions: Chinese Spicy Pork And Greens Recipe
step 1
STEP 1.1 in a mixing bowl add 3 tbsp hoisin sauce, 3 cloves finely chopped garlic, 5 gm finely chopped ginger, 1 finely sliced red chilli, ½ tsp star anise powder, 1 tbsp tomato puree and mix well.
step 2
STEP 2.2 add pork to the bowl and combine to evenly coat the pork pieces.

STEP 3.3 leave to marinate for 1 hour in the fridge.

STEP 4.4 in a wok, heat 2 tbsp oil on high heat add the marinated pork and stir fry for 2 to 3 minutes.

STEP 5.5 add 1 thinly sliced red onion, 150 gm thinly sliced cabbage, 1 thinly sliced carrot and stir fry for 2 minutes.

STEP 6.6 add salt to taste and stir together.
step 7
STEP 7.7 add 1 tbsp toasted sesame seeds and stir. Turn off the heat.
step 8
STEP 8.8 transfer to a serving dish and serve hot.
