200 gram Raw shrimps
200 gram Tofu
100 gram Minced pork
50 gram Thin rice noodles
1 tablespoon Chinese curry paste
3 No.s Garlic Cloves
1 No.s Onions
5 gram Coriander
700 milliliter Chicken Stock

step 1
STEP 1.1 heat 2 tbsp oil in a wok, add 1 medium onion thinly sliced and fry for 2 minutes until soft.
step 2
STEP 2.2 then add 3 cloves finely chopped garlic, 100 gm minced pork, 1 tbsp chinese curry paste and fry for 2 minutes.

STEP 3.3 add 600 ml to 700 ml stock and stir.
step 4
STEP 4.4 add 200 gm tofu cut into 1 cm by 3 cm long pieces, salt to taste and boil for 5 minutes.
step 5
STEP 5.5 drain the soaked rice noodles and add to the wok.
step 6
STEP 6.6 then place the prawns on top, cover and cook on medium heat for 2 to 4 minutes.
step 7
STEP 7.7 transfer to a dish, garnish with 5 gm roughly chopped coriander and serve.
