  • 3 Nos eggs
  • 1 teaspoon shaoxing wine
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon White Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 3/4 tablespoon Oil
  • 8 Nos prawns
  • 2 tablespoon green peas

Steps To Prepare

  • STEP 1.Take a bowl add egg yolks, white pepper, sesame oil, Shaoxing wine and whisk all the ingredients well.

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Add oil to a pan & heat it.
  • STEP 2.Add green peas, prawns and saute them.
  • STEP 3.After prawns are cooked, add more oil into the pan.
  • STEP 4.Then add the egg mixture and spread it onto the surface of the pan.
  • STEP 5.After the egg solidifies with the use of a spatula turn it upside down and again spread the whisked mixture. Cook until the egg mixture solidifies.
  • STEP 6.Combine the egg mixture along with the green peas and prawns and serve.
