300 gram Minced pork
75 gram Mushrooms
1 No.s Onion
2 gram Light soy sauce
1 gram Sesame oil
2 gram Sugar
1 tablespoon White Pepper
1 tablespoon Cornflour

step 1
STEP 1.1 place 75 gm roughly chopped mushrooms, 1 roughly chopped onion in a food processor and blend till fine.

STEP 2.2 in a mixing bowl place 300 gm minced pork, add the mushroom onion mixture, add 2 gm soy sauce ,1 gm sesame oil, 1 tbsp white pepper, 2 gm sugar, 4 tbsp cornflour, salt to taste and then mix well to thoroughly combine all the ingredients.

STEP 3.3 roll 1 tbsp of the mixture between the palms of the hand to form a ball.

STEP 4.4 in a frying pan heat 2 tbsp oil on medium to low heat, then flatten each meat ball in the palm of the hand and place it in the hot oil. Do not crowd the pan.

STEP 5.5 fry on each side for 5 minutes, until the meat is cooked.

STEP 6.6 transfer toa dish and serve hot.
