Ingredients for Chinese Marble Tea Eggs Recipe

  • 1 g Egg
  • 3/4 cups water
  • 1/4 tbsp Dark soya sauce
  • 3/4 tbsp Soya sauce
  • 3/4 tbsp Chinese five spice powder
  • 1/2 As Required Bay leaf
  • 1/4 As Required Cinnamon stick
  • 1/2 As Required Star anise
  • 3/4 tbsp Oolong tea

Directions: Chinese Marble Tea Eggs Recipe

  • STEP 1.Boil eggs for 10 mins
  • STEP 2.Add boiled eggs in chilled water
  • STEP 3.Make cracks gently on the Boiled eggs peel
  • STEP 4.In a pan boil water and add oolong tea, Chinese Spice Powder, soya sauce, dark soya sauce, cinnamon stick, star anise, bay leaf, cloves
  • STEP 5.Add the eggs
  • STEP 6.Cover on sim for 1 hr
  • STEP 7.Set aside
  • STEP 8.Peel
  • STEP 9.Plate and enjoy
