As required Boneless chicken breast - 250gms
Yellow bell pepper - 1
Green bell pepper - 1
Red bell pepper - 1
Onion - 1 small
Soy sauce - 1tsp
Red chilli sauce - 1tsp
Pepper powder - 1/4 tsp
Lemon juice - 1/2tsp
Salt - to taste
Vegetable/refined oil - 2tsp
Olive oil - 2tsp
Sesame seeds - for garnish

Method
STEP 1.Cut the chicken into strips and marinate with salt, pepper powder and lemon juice for 15 minutes.
In a pan, add the vegetable/refined oil and fry the marinated chicken for about 8 minutes or until cooked. Keep aside.
Cut the bell peppers and onion length wise.
In a small bowl mix soy sauce, Red chilli sauce, a pinch of salt and pepper powder. Keep aside.
Heat a pan on medium flame. Add olive oil. To this add the onion and bell peppers and sauté for 2 minutes. Add the fried chicken and mix. Finally pour in the sauce mixture and toss to coat. Let cook for 1 minute and turn off the flame. Let it cool.
Transfer to a bowl, garnish with sesame seeds and serve.
