  • 4 ounce Fresh chow mein noodles or 8 ounces dried spaghetti cooked according to instructions
  • 1/2 tablespoon Olive oil divided
  • 1/4 pound Boneless chicken breast cut into 1" cubes
  • 3/4 Garlic cloves minced
  • 0.13 tablespoon Minced ginger
  • 1/4 Green onion sliced thinly
  • 1/2 Small shallots finely chopped
  • 1/4 Red bell pepper sliced thinly
  • 1/4 Medium carrot sliced into thin matchsticks
  • 0.17 cup Shanghai bok choy washed and sliced thinly
  • 0.13 cup Snow peas trimmed
  • 1/4 tablespoon Corn starch omit if low carb
  • 1/2 tablespoon Oyster sauce
  • 1/2 tablespoon Soy sauce can substitute with coconut aminos or tamari
  • 1/2 teaspoon Brown sugar
  • 3/4 teaspoon Fish
  • 1/2 teaspoon Mirin or chinese cooking wine or dry sherry
  • As required Salt and pepper to taste
  • 0.06 cup Water and reserve another 1/2 cup water to thin out the sauce
  • As required Sliced green onions
  • As required Sesame seeds
