Ingredients for Chinese Beef Mince In Daikon Cups Recipe
1 No.s Daikon
150 gram Beef mince
3 No.s Spring onion
1 piece Ginger
1/2 No.s Onion
1 tablespoon Cooking wine
3 tablespoon Light soy
2 tablespoon Corn flour
1 tablespoon Ground white pepper
10 gram Oyster Sauce
1 tablespoon Sugar
As required Salt

STEP 1.in a mixing bowl place 150 gm beef mince, add 1 cm finely chopped ginger, ½ finely diced onion, 1 tsp cooking wine, 2 tsp light soy sauce, 1 ½ tsp corn flour, 1 tsp ground white pepper, salt and mix all the ingredients together till well combined.

STEP 1. add 1 tsp oil and mix again. Then marinate for 15 to 30 min.

STEP 1. scoop out the centers of the daikon chunks to form bowls and fill each one with the marinated mince.

STEP 1. arrange them in a dish and place the dish in a steamer for 20 minutes.

STEP 1. transfer the stuffed daikon from the steamer onto a dish and retain the liquid.

STEP 1. place the liquid from the steamed daikon into a wok and bring to a boil.

STEP 1.add 1 tsp soy sauce, 1 tsp sugar, 10 gm oyster sauce and bring to the boil again.

STEP 1.add the remaining corn flour and stir well till the sauce has cooked and thickened.

STEP 1.spoon the sauce over the stuffed daikon and garnish with chopped spring onion.
