STEP 1.1 grind some shallots,garlic,parsley, cilantro, basil, oregano, olive oil, lemon juice, sherry vinegar, red pepper flakes and pepper in a blender and add salt to it.

STEP 3.1 heat a pan and add seasoned shrimp to it.

STEP 4.2 saute it on medium heat until it turns pink.

STEP 5.3 serve with the prepared chimichurri sauce and top with salt, pepper and mint leaves.
