Chilly chicken is a popular indo Chinese dish. Mainly boneless chicken used in this dish. Some people preferred to use boned chicken. Chicken pieces marinated with spices and egg then later cooked with capsicum, onions and souces. U can serve it as a starter also.

Ingredients for Chilly Chicken Recipe

  • 1/2 kg Boneless chicken
  • as required Onion
  • as required Capsicum
  • as required Spring onion
  • 1/2 tablespoon Garlic
  • as required inger as required
  • as required Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black pepper powder
  • 1 teaspoon Soya sauce
  • 1/2 tablespoon Tomato sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Corn starch
  • as required Oil
  • 1/2 tablespoon Vinegar
  • as required Egg
  • as required maida

Directions: Chilly Chicken Recipe

  • STEP 1.Wash chicken nicely & remove excess water.
  • STEP 2.Add salt and pepper, ginger garlic paste , corn starch, refined flour and soya souce in it. Mix properly and keep aside for 30 minutes.
  • STEP 3.Heat oil in a kadai and deep fried the marinated chicken.
  • STEP 4.Drain it on absorbent paper.
  • STEP 5.Heat two table spoon oil in a pan.
  • STEP 6.Add chopped ginger, garlic, green onion and green chillies in it and saute for two minutes on high flame.
  • STEP 7.Add onions and capsicum in it. Soute for five minutes.
  • STEP 8.Add salt and pepper, soya souce, tomato sauce and vinegar in it. Mix properly.
  • STEP 9.Now add fried chicken pieces in it and stir well.
  • STEP 10.Add two table spoon corn starch in one cup water and pour it into the chicken. Mix well.
  • STEP 11.Cook for five minutes.
  • STEP 12.It's ready. Garnish it with onions green.
  • STEP 13.Serve it with rice or naan.
