  • 1/4 teaspoon Red Chili Powder

  • 1/4 Onion, Sliced
  • 1/4 Bell Pepper, Sliced

  • 1/2 tablespoon Tomato Ketchup
  • 1/4 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1/4 tablespoon Vinegar
  • 1/4 tablespoon Cornstarch

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.In a bowl, mix together yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, red chili powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, and salt.
  • STEP 2.Add paneer cubes to the marinade and let it sit for 30 minutes.
  • STEP 3.Heat oil in a pan and sauté onions, bell peppers, and green chilies.
  • STEP 4.Add the marinated paneer cubes and cook until they are slightly browned.
  • STEP 5.In a separate bowl, mix together tomato ketchup, soy sauce, vinegar, and cornstarch.
  • STEP 6.Pour the sauce over the paneer and vegetables and cook until the sauce thickens.
  • STEP 7.Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve hot.

Cooking Tips

  • Make sure to marinate the paneer for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to penetrate.
  • You can adjust the spice level according to your preference by adding more or less red chili powder.
