STEP 1.Boil chilli in 1glass water mixed with alum for1-2 mins
STEP 2.Repeat this step 1 more time.
STEP 3.Now repeat step but with out adding alum.
STEP 4.Take out
STEP 5.Boil sugar and water to make 1 tarsugar syrup consistency.
STEP 6.Dip these chilli and boil for 5 mins.
STEP 7.Switch off gas and allow chilli dip chashni to cool down completely.
STEP 8.Other side take pan
STEP 9.Switch on gas
STEP 10.add khoya keep stirring for 2_3 mins
STEP 11.Take out in plate n allow to cool down completely.
STEP 12.Add powder sugar, coconut grated, tutti frutti, dryfruits( kaju,badam,pista)
STEP 13.Take out chilli from sugar syrup
STEP 14.Fill this khoya mixture into chill
STEP 15.Garnish with pista, Rose pettal
STEP 16.Enjoy
