STEP 2.Mix all the ingredients and form a dough, now allow to rest for 15-20 minutes.

STEP 5.Heat the oil in a pan add all the ingredients one by one and saute at high flame.
STEP 6.Transfer the mixture in the plate and allow to cool at room temperature, then mix the gratted panner in it
STEP 7.Now keep the steamer ready.
STEP 8.Take small lemon size dough and make puri of it, stuff the stuffing and seal it in shape of momo.
STEP 9.Then steam for 15-20 minutes till the colour of dough change to transparent.
STEP 10.Allow to cool at room temperature.
STEP 11.For chilli panner momos
STEP 12.Heat the oil in a pan add all the ingredients one by one saute on high flame for 2-3 each.
STEP 13.Finally add steam momos and spring onion in it, give a good toss.
STEP 14.Serve it warm by garnishing with momos chutney and mayonnaise.
