Ingredients for Chilli panner momos Recipe

  • 0.67 cups maida
  • To Taste Salt
  • 0.33 tsp Oil
  • as required water
  • 0.33 tbsp Oil
  • 0.33 g Finely chopped garlic ginger chilli
  • 0.33 Pieces Finely chopped onion
  • 0.33 cup Finely chopped cabbage carrots capsicum
  • To Taste Salt
  • 0.17 tsp Black pepper powder
  • 0.33 tsp Green chilli sauce
  • 0.33 tsp Red chilli sauce
  • 0.33 tsp Soya sauce
  • 0.33 Pieces Lemon juice
  • 0.33 cup Gratted panner
  • 0.67 tbsp Oil
  • 0.67 g Finely chopped ginger garlic chilli
  • 0.08 cup Finely chopped onion
  • 16.67 g Jullien cabbage
  • 0.33 Pieces Carrots
  • 0.33 cup Capsicum
  • To Taste Salt
  • 0.17 tsp pepper powder
  • 0.67 tsp Soya sauce
  • 0.33 tsp Red chilli sauce
  • 0.33 tsp Green chilli sauce
  • 0.67 tsp Red momos chutney
  • 0.67 g Spring onion

Directions: Chilli Panner Momos Recipe

  • STEP 1.For outer layer
  • STEP 2.Mix all the ingredients and form a dough, now allow to rest for 15-20 minutes.
  • STEP 3.Make a semi soft dough
  • STEP 4.Stuffing
  • STEP 5.Heat the oil in a pan add all the ingredients one by one and saute at high flame.
  • STEP 6.Transfer the mixture in the plate and allow to cool at room temperature, then mix the gratted panner in it
  • STEP 7.Now keep the steamer ready.
  • STEP 8.Take small lemon size dough and make puri of it, stuff the stuffing and seal it in shape of momo.
  • STEP 9.Then steam for 15-20 minutes till the colour of dough change to transparent.
  • STEP 10.Allow to cool at room temperature.
  • STEP 11.For chilli panner momos
  • STEP 12.Heat the oil in a pan add all the ingredients one by one saute on high flame for 2-3 each.
  • STEP 13.Finally add steam momos and spring onion in it, give a good toss.
  • STEP 14.Serve it warm by garnishing with momos chutney and mayonnaise.
