  • 1/2 Large onions peeled and chopped
  • 1.50 Cloves garlic peeled and chopped/crushed
  • 125 gram Lean minced beef
  • 1/2 Red bell peppers chopped
  • 93.75 milliliter Full bodied red wine
  • 1/2 Beef stock cubes crumbled
  • 3/4 tablespoon Honey
  • 25 milliliter Boiling water
  • 1/2 teaspoon Ground coriander
  • 1/2 teaspoon Mixed herbs
  • 1/4 teaspoon Smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 3/4 teaspoon Ground ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon Hot chilli powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Chipotle paste
  • 1/4 Chopped fresh chilli more if you like it hotter
  • 3/4 tablespoon Tomato puree/paste
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 tablespoon Tomato ketchup/paste
  • 100 milliliter 4 tins chopped tomatoes
  • 5 gram Dark chocolate
  • 100 gram 2 cans kidney beans, drained and rinsed
  • 105 gram 1 can mixed beans, drained and rinsed
  • 12.50 gram Butter salted or unsalted
  • 1/2 tablespoon Plain/all purpose flour
  • 62.50 milliliter Whole full fat milk
  • pinch Pinch of salt and pepper
  • pinch Pinch of nutmeg optional
  • 37.50 gram Strong cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1.25-1.50 Dried lasagne sheets
  • As required Fresh coriander chopped
  • As required Soured cream
  • As required Fresh chillies sliced thinly
