Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Marinate the fish fillets with salt, pepper, and cornflour. Let it sit for 15 minutes.
  • STEP 2.Heat oil in a pan and shallow fry the fish until golden brown and crispy. Set aside.
  • STEP 3.In the same pan, add chopped garlic, ginger, and green chilies. Saute for a minute.
  • STEP 4.Add sliced onions, bell peppers, and stir-fry until they are slightly tender.
  • STEP 5.In a bowl, mix soy sauce, tomato ketchup, vinegar, and chili sauce. Add this sauce to the pan.
  • STEP 6.Add the fried fish fillets and toss everything together until well coated in the sauce.
  • STEP 7.Garnish with spring onions and serve hot with steamed rice or noodles.
